End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement Overview

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Vasudha Pro ("Company") governing your use of the Vasudha Pro Real Estate Management App ("App"). By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you do not agree, you must not install, access, or use the App.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App solely for the purpose of managing property listings and related activities as described in this Agreement.

3. Data Collection, Usage, and Sharing

• User-Provided Data: The App enables you to input, store, and manage data about property listings, including:
  • Property details (e.g., location, type, price).
  • Contact information for owners or agents.
  • Additional property-related documents or links (e.g., images, contracts).
• Consent for Sharing Data: Data is shared only with your explicit consent. You retain full control over what data is shared and can modify permissions at any time.
• Cloud Search Privacy: Search results display only the listing agency's details unless additional information sharing is explicitly permitted by you.
• Data Security: Data is encrypted and stored securely to prevent unauthorized access or breaches.

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all data entered into the App.
• You agree to comply with all applicable laws, including privacy and real estate regulations.
• You agree not to misuse the App for illegal or unauthorized purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability

Vasudha Pro is not responsible for errors caused by user input or misuse of data. While the Company takes precautions to secure data, it is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access due to user error or system failures.

6. Termination

• By the User: You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the App and deleting all related files.
• By Vasudha Pro: The Company reserves the right to terminate access if you breach this Agreement.

7. Updates and Modifications

Vasudha Pro reserves the right to update this Agreement. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
